My new job is AWESOME!
Started today and it’s a really nice place to work, everything seems really well organised and straightforward (so far anyways :P) and the benefits are amazing. Was actually gobsmacked to learn that the company is just as willing to reward good work as they are to discipline bad work :D. Also, helps that I already have a friend working there and the other two members of staff seem really cool and down to earth, so I really don’t see myself being unhappy there. Also, Tony used to work there while he was at Uni and he admits leaving there was a huge mistake, he loved the job.
Though, since my previous employer doesn’t wanna let me quit until they’ve replaced me, I’m currently working full time at my new job, with two days off and then working at my other job on what would be both my days off! Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy to do it for the time being, I reckon I’m capable, and it’s not a permanent situation, it will come to an end eventually, so why not make the most of the extra money available while it’s there? Annnnd, I’ll only be working 4 hours on a Sunday, so that’s practically a day off!!! Of course, at the end of next week, after I’ve worked 18 days straight, I might not still be of the same opinion :P.
So yeah, two jobs, a growing gym habit and a new addiction to Community, there really is no time for a social life!
Thank god for social networking! :D
*Edit: Also, a big thank you to Jon for continuously telling me Community was worth watching, I’m very regretful it took me so long to get round to it and I’ll never question his judgement again, unless it’s about a Nolan film…. :D.
“And if a 10 tonne truck,
kills the both of us,
to die by your side,
the pleasure and the privilege is mine”
A blue moon, a very rare occurrence.
The funeral of Niel Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon.
No wonder the moon is blue, its first human friend is dead.
;;;;;;;;_;;;;;;;
Aw so many feels. Also, *Neil.
D:
Aw, now I’m sad :(.
